Bacon Cheddar Tot Pie


  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Spray a Bundt pan, springform pan or cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare bacon according to package directions. Crumble or cut into pieces.
  • In a large bowl, toss potato rounds, bacon, cheese and eggs. Blend well to evenly coat potato rounds with eggs.
  • Firmly press potato round/egg mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set and pie is firm to the touch.
  • Remove from oven, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Remove bacon cheddar tot pie from pan and slice or pull-apart to enjoy!
