DIRECTIONS

  • Combine water, wild rice, brown rice and bouillon in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 55 minutes, or until wild rice kernels open. Drain; place in medium bowl. Cover to keep warm.
  • Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms, bell peppers and Fleischmann's; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, or until bell peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add mushroom mixture, onion and pepper to rice mixture; mix lightly. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
