Peanut Butter Caramel Apples

DIRECTIONS

  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Insert a craft stick into stem end of each apple. Place pretzel crumbs in shallow dish.
  • Combine caramels and water in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until caramels melt and mixture blends when stirred, stirring after each minute. Stir in peanut butter.
  • Dip each apple, 3/4 the way up, into hot caramel mixture. Swirl apple to let excess caramel run off. Roll in crushed pretzels. Place on baking sheet; refrigerate until served.
