DIRECTIONS

  • Make Brownie: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with baking spray; set aside.
  • Combine sugar, flour and cocoa powder in large bowl; set aside. In second bowl, whisk together Egg Beaters and Fleischmann's. Dissovle instant coffee in hot water in small bowl.
  • Pour Egg Beaters mixture into flour mixture; add coffee. Stir together until blended, being careful not to overmix (there will be small lumps). Pour batter into prepared dish.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out nearly clean. Cool at least 1 hour. Cut into 36 mini squares; remove from dish.
  • Make Glaze: Whisk together confectioners' sugar, instant coffee, cocoa powder and hot water in small bowl. Drizzle glaze over brownies.
