Hard Cider Queso Dip


  • Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring occasionally. Add cider; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced slightly.
  • Add Velveeta and drained tomatoes. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and apple slices, if desired.
