DIRECTIONS

  • Draw jack-o'-lantern faces on outside of plastic cups; set aside. Whisk together pudding and cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice to pudding mixture; mix until blended.
  • Divide pumpkin mixture evenly between cups. Chill, if desired. Top each with pretzel piece and mint leaf just before serving.
