DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Beat Egg Beaters, cottage cheese, feta cheese, pepper and nutmeg in large bowl until blended. Fold in spinach; set aside.
  • Place 1 phyllo sheet in bottom of prepared dish. Brush lightly with oil. Repeat layering 7 more phyllo sheets, continuing to brush each sheet with more oil. Spoon spinach mixture over phyllo sheets.
  • Top with remaining 8 phyllo sheets, continuing to brush each sheet with more oil. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
