Creamy Sausage and Broccoli Rigatoni


  • Cook pasta according to package directions; add broccoli last 4 minutes of cook time. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion and pepper; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until sausage is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta and broccoli to sauce mixture; toss to coat.
