Creamy Cauliflower Puree


  • Combine cauliflower, broth and garlic in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cover pan with lid. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, or until cauliflower is very tender.
  • Drain cauliflower, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid; place cauliflower and reserved liquid in food processor or blender container. Discard remaining cooking liquid. Add Fleischmann's, sour cream, salt and pepper to food processor container; cover. Puree until smooth.
  • Garnish with onions, if desired.
