DIRECTIONS

  • Combine undrained tomatoes, water and onions in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Stir in rice, undrained beans and jalapeno; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
