Apple Roll-Ups


  • Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
  • Combine apples and orange juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Add Fleischmann’s, lemon juice and the flour mixture; mix well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  • Spoon about 1/3 cup of the apple mixture down center of each crepe; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Dispense about 2 tablespoons Reddi-wip next to apple mixture on crepe; roll up. Place 1 crepe, seam-side down, on each of 6 individual serving plates. Top with additional Reddi-wip, if desired.
