Apple Popcorn Brittle


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels. Place popped corn, cereal and pecans in large bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spray sides only of medium saucepan; add sugar, apple juice, syrup, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Pour over popcorn mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly. Spread onto prepared pan.
  • Bake 12 minutes, stirring twice. Remove from oven, stir again. Cool thoroughly. Separate into clusters with fork. Store in tightly sealed container.
