Wheat Berry Mint Salad


  • Cook wheat berries according to package directions; cool completely.
  • In large bowl, combine oil, lime juice, garlic and agave nectar. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add remaining ingredients and wheat berries to bowl. Toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
