Slow Cooker SplitPea & Pulled Pork Soup


  • In medium bowl, combine chunked pork, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  • Place pork and remaining ingredients in a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours or until soup has thickened and pork is fork tender
  • Remove bay leaves and shred pork pieces using forks.
