DIRECTIONS

  • Rehydrate porcini mushroom according to package directions; drain. Slice mushrooms; set aside.
  • In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add porcini, baby bella and shiitake mushrooms. Saut√© until mushrooms are softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add wine; simmer until wine is reduced by half. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer until heated through.
  • Serve over polenta, mashed potatoes or pasta.
