Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry


  • In wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high heat; add chicken, half the garlic and half the ginger. Salt to taste; stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from wok
  • Add remaining oil to wok; add broccoli, red pepper, remaining garlic and ginger; stir-fry 2 minutes
  • Add chicken, amino acid and Sriracha; stir-fry until sauce has thickened slightly (about 3-5 minutes).
