Wild Blueberry Refrigerator Jam
1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil, stirring frequently, until thickened and jell-like (about 15-20 minutes).
3. Cool slightly. Transfer to a jar with lid; cool, uncovered, about 2 hours. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
