Mediterranean Halibut


  • In small bowl combine tomatoes, feta cheese, 1 tablespoon basil, capers, and vinegar; set aside.
  • Pat fish dry with clean paper towels. Prepare grill to medium heat. Combine olive oil, garlic and remaining basil. Rub both sides of fish with oil mixture.
  • Grill fish, turning once, until fish easily flakes with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness). Top grilled fish with tomato mixture.
