Steamed White Fish


  • Sprinkle top of fish with thyme, and rosemary; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour tomatoes in a medium skillet with cover. Bring to a boil; place fish fillets over tomatoes. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove fish from pan. Remove tomatoes from pan with a slotted spoon and serve over fish.
