DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare grill to medium heat. Place shrimp on skewers.
  • In small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and lemon & pepper seasoning; brush on shrimp. Place shrimp on grill; grill 4-5 minutes or until heated through, turning once.
  • Meanwhile, in large bowl combine lettuce, dressing, cheese and croutons; toss to coat. Divide among 4 large salad bowls or plates. Top with grilled shrimp.
