Brown Sugar Glazed Sockeye Salmon

DIRECTIONS

  • In small bowl, combine sugar, pecans, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place salmon on baking sheet. Evenly spread mixture over salmon fillets.
  • Bake in a preheated 425°F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
