Crunchy Ranch Chicken Fingers

Crunchy Ranch Chicken Fingers

DIRECTIONS

  • Place chicken tenderloins and ranch dressing in a 1 gallon recloseable food storage bag. Seal bag; toss to coat. Place in refrigerator and marinate several hours or overnight.
  • In another food storage bag, combined cereal, salt and pepper; seal bag. Finely crush cereal using a rolling pin. Remove 2-3 chicken tenders from dressing and place in bag with the corn puffs; seal bag. Shake to coat tenders.
  • Remove from bag and place on a large baking sheet that has been generously sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders. Spray tops of tenders generously with cooking spray.
  • Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn tenders over and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170°F on an instant read thermometer.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
