Baked Italian Pasta


  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, sauté sausage over medium-high heat until almost cooked through; drain off grease (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add in onions, garlic, mushrooms, Italian seasonings and salt; continue sautéing until mushrooms are tender and sausage is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Remove from heat; stir in pasta sauce and pasta. Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes.
  • Mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley together. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Continue baking, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
