Seafood Marinara


  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; sauté 2 minutes.
  • Add in scallops and shrimp; sauté until cooked through. Add in wine and reduce by half.
  • Add in marinara sauce; cook until heated through. Toss with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
