Linguine with Shrimp & Asparagus


  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, shrimp, asparagus, salt and white pepper. Saut√© until shrimp are opaque and asparagus is tender (about 5 minutes).
  • Stir in half & half; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat; simmer 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil and pasta; toss to coat pasta.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with basil sprigs, if desired.
