DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Saut√© until shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Add in wine, if desired and lemon juice; reduce by half.
  • Toss with pasta, tomato, cheese, chives and remaining butter until butter is melted.
