Teriyaki Flounder


  • In shallow dish, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, sesame seeds and ground red pepper (if desired). Add fish, turning to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes or up to 2 hours; turning occasionally.
  • Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until fish flakes easily with a folk (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
