Grilled Teriyaki Halibut

DIRECTIONS

  • In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except halibut; set aside. Place halibut in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over halibut; cover dish and place in the refrigerator 1 hour, turning halibut occasionally.
  • Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Remove halibut from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill halibut, turning once, 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Serve with grilled halibut.
