In large mixing bowl, combine crackers and milk; let stand 5 minutes.
Add meat, cheese, onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder; salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until just combined; do not over mix.
Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish and form into a 10x4-inch loaf. Layer bacon, overlapping slices, diagonally across meatloaf; tuck edges under meatloaf.
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
