DIRECTIONS

  • In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon zest. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Heat preserves in microwave 10-15 seconds to soften (not melt). Gently fold into cheese mixture.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl; serve with pita chips.
