Strawberries n Cream Crêpes
In medium mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form; set aside.
To assemble crepes place 4 small scoops ice cream in a straight line down the center of each crêpe. Fold sides of crêpes over ice cream.
Place 1 crêpe on each dessert plate; top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Dust with additional powdered sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
Note: Prepared crêpes can usually be found in the refrigerated section of the produce department. If not available, use a basic crêpe recipe.
