DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  • Spread into the bottom of graham cracker crust. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Spread sherbet over frozen cream cheese layer. Freeze for an additional 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
