In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla; using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Top with 1/3 blueberry pie filling; swirl into cream cheese mixture gently with knife or spoon handle, being careful not to tear crust.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until center is set (about 40 minutes). Remove from oven and place on wire cooling rack until completely cooled.
Top with remaining blueberry pie filling.
