Blueberry Almond Oatmeal

DIRECTIONS

  • In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring soymilk, water, almond butter, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Stir in oats.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency, stirring frequently (about 25-30 minutes).
  • Fold in blueberries; remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Serve.

Tip: Oatmeal can be made ahead; divide into individual portions and refrigerate or freeze.
