DIRECTIONS

  • Brew coffee using 4 cups water. Meanwhile, place milk in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds from center. Add seeds (or vanilla extract) to milk and whisk. Bring milk to a simmer, whisking frequently.
  • Add coffee and all 10 packs of cocoa mix to milk, whisking while adding. Bring to a simmer.
  • To serve, add one mint to a mug, ladle mocha over mint and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings and broken up mints, if desired.
