Cinnamon Raisin Bread


  • In large mixing bowl, combine flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add buttermilk, egg substitute and oil; stir until just combined. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven; allow to cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely on cooling rack.
