Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bread


  • Allow dough to rise according to package directions (2-3 hours); do not bake. Roll out into a 12x8-inch rectangle; set aside.
  • In small bowl combine blue cheese and dressing; spread over dough within an inch of the edges. In same bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce. Place chicken along one long edge of dough.
  • Starting on edge of dough with chicken, roll up, burrito style, pinching dough to seal edges; place seam side-down on a greased medium baking sheet.
  • Brush bread with half the melted butter. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
