Banana Bread...Better for You
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, milk, oil and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium, until well combined.
With mixer on low, slowly add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Continue mixing until well combined. Add in one banana at a time and continue mixing until all bananas have been added.
Transfer to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack.
