DIRECTIONS

  • In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, milk, oil and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium, until well combined.
  • With mixer on low, slowly add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Continue mixing until well combined. Add in one banana at a time and continue mixing until all bananas have been added.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack.
