Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, xanthan gum and salt; set aside.
  • In large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla; continue beating until well combined. With mixer running, slowly add in melted butter.
  • With mixer on low, slowly add flour; mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Remove to cooling rack. Cut into 16 brownies.
