Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

DIRECTIONS

  • In a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Add chicken wings and seal bag; toss to coat. Place bag in a shallow dish and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  • Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken wings from marinade; discard marinade. Place on grill; grill 15-20 minutes or until done, turning several times.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey and remaining ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper. Pour ½ the sauce into a serving dish; set aside. Brush chicken wings with remaining sauce the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Note: Chicken wings can be cooked under the broil, if desired, following directions above.
