DIRECTIONS

  • In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, wasabi paste and ginger; mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • Roll tuna slices in sesame seeds. Heat oil in medium skillet over high heat. Sear tuna slices for about 30 seconds per side. Remove to paper towels to drain.
  • Slice crosswise into thin pieces. Place cucumber slices on crackers, top with a dollop of wasabi sauce and then a slice of tuna.
