DIRECTIONS

  • Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; salt and pepper to taste. Place on medium hot grill or in a saut√© pan.
  • Cook asparagus until crisp tender. Remove from grill; cut in half.
  • Wrap asparagus half with a slice of prosciutto. Place on a cracker and top with a shaving of Parmesan cheese.
