Dark Chocolate Almond Granola


  • In large mixing bowl, combine oats and baking cocoa; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, apple sauce and coconut milk.
  • Add apple sauce mixture, almonds, chocolate chips, cranberries and pecans to oat mixture; stir until well combined. Transfer to two large baking sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray; spread into a single layer.
  • Bake in a preheated 325°F oven 30 minutes; stir and continue baking 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack; cool completely. Break up as desired; store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
