  • In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, chives and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • Prepare grill to medium heat. Combine garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne, oregano and thyme in medium bowl. Toss tenderloin cubes with seasoning. Place 3 cubes on each half skewer.
  • Place skewers on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
  • Remove from grill and place on platter. Serve with horseradish sauce.
