In large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning according to package directions; stir in chili beans and cheese.
Separate each biscuit into two layers; press into a 3-inch circle. Divide meat among biscuits; fold in half pressing edges with fork to seal.
Place on a greased large baking sheet; brush with egg. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
