Garbanzo Bean Salad

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare beans according to package directions; cool completely.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine beans, cucumbers, radishes, peppers, onion and tomatoes; set aside.
  • In small mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours.
