Cranberry Cashew Popcorn


  • Prepare popcorn according to package directions; remove any unpopped kernels. Place popcorn, cranberries and cashews in a large bowl; set aside.
  • Place almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave (HIGH) 30 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving at 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until almond bark has melted (1½ - 2 minutes).
  • Pour almond bark over popcorn; mix until all popcorn has been coated with almond bark. Pour popcorn out onto waxed paper and separate. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
