Spicy Feta Spread


  • In food processor or blender, combine onions, tomatoes, hot sauce, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Process, scraping sides as needed, until finely chopped.
  • Add cheese and continue processing until well combined. With machine running, drizzle in oil and continue processing until combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
