Spicy BBQ Cocktail Meatballs

DIRECTIONS

  • In large bowl, combine beef, pork, potato chips, cheese, jalapeños and eggs; salt and pepper as desired. Mix by hand or with spoon until well combined.
  • Shape mixture into 1¼-inch meatballs. Place on 2 greased large baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until cooked through and lightly browned, turning over halfway through (about 15 minutes).
  • Transfer cooked meatballs to a 5-quart or larger slow cooker. Cover with barbecue sauce and simmer on low for several hours.
