DIRECTIONS

  • In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add carrot slices; sauté 4-5 minutes.
  • Add orange juice, maple syrup, orange zest and cinnamon. Salt to taste.
  • Simmer until carrots are tender-crisp and sauce becomes a shiny glaze (about 20 minutes).
